Richard J. Busch
Experience
Rich focuses his practice on communications and real estate law, and has over 30 years of experience in communications law and management. Rich has represented the wireless and landline communications industries on leases, access rights, land use, regulatory and dispute resolution matters. He has appeared before city and county councils to discuss the deployment of wireless communications facilities in our communities, and before hearings examiners in land use proceedings. Finally, Rich is licensed to practice law in Washington, Oregon and Colorado, and is a registered lobbyist in Washington and Oregon.
Cynthia Alderete-Medjo
Experience
Cindy focuses her practice on real estate law, including issues that affect the wireless communications industry. Cindy has 7 years of wireless experience, and 15 years of real estate law experience, both as outside counsel and as house counsel for a major wireless communications carrier. Cindy has negotiated and drafted numerous cell site leases, office space leases and retail store leases.
Shirley Bauers
Experience
Shirley has been a paralegal in the wireless communications industry for more than 25 years, assisting wireless communications carriers with their network deployment, expansion and modification projects. Shirley applies her deep understanding of the wireless communications network to help carriers negotiate leases that achieve their business needs.
Sarah Jakle
Experience
Sarah brings more than 10 years of marketing and quality/process improvement experience in the wireless communications industry to the firm. Sarah was part of a team that helped a wireless communications carrier win the Baldridge Quality Award for its improvements in customer care processes. Sarah applies the same skills as a Legal Assistant to make sure that the wireless carriers’ real estate transactions are properly documented and recorded.
