Andrew has been in the wireless industry for more than 11 years. He spent 8 years with AT&T as a manager of network deployment. He focuses on the Southern California market assisting with legal review, land use ordinance and landlord disputes.



Meridee Pabst

Meridee has extensive experience in land use, real estate, and municipal law.

On behalf of both private and public clients, she has obtained project permits, completed environmental reviews under SEPA and NEPA, and amended comprehensive plans.

Hannah Borris

Paralegal

Hannah has over 10 years of experience managing land-use planning and policy issues primarily for the wireless communications industry. She has both community planning and design experience as well as project and policy  management.

Cindy focuses her practice on real estate law, including issues that affect the wireless communications industry and has 12 years of wireless experience, and 20 years of real estate law experience as both outside and in-house counsel for a major wireless communications carrier.



Amy has been in the telecommunications wireless and wireline industries for more than 20 years. Recently, she was involved in network deployment initiatives in Denver where she worked with real estate and engineering teams from site acquisition to deployment of new site and modification projects.

Jane Venable

Jane has been a paralegal in the wireless communications industry for more than 39 years both in house and as a consultant with a focus on real estate transactions. Her business knowledge and legal expertise enable her to understand a carrier’s goals and help to implement them.

Karen Manske

Karen has focused most of her law career in the telecommunications industry and has been in the wireless business for more than 16 years both as in-house counsel and as a vendor consultant. Karen also offers a great deal of experience in wireless real estate.
